About the day

“Mana” means ours. Namma in Bengaluru, Mana in Hyderabad — different languages, same word.

Mana Privacy is a one-day gathering of the people who do privacy work in and around Hyderabad: data protection officers, security and legal leads, compliance and governance teams, policy thinkers, and the practitioners who turn all of it into something that actually runs inside an organisation.

It is built the way DPO Club builds everything — neutral ground, no sales pitches from the stage, and rooms where practitioners can say what is really working and what is not. The day is about the conversations, not the badges.

Approved registrations receive an email with entry details. That email is your confirmation — nothing before it is.

Questions

Before you register

Is my seat confirmed once I fill the form?

No. The form puts you on the waitlist. The DPO Club team reviews every registration against available capacity and confirms participation by email. Until you have that email, your seat is not held.

Is there a fee to attend?

No tickets are being sold for this edition of Mana Privacy. Access is managed entirely through this waitlist.

When will I hear back?

Registrations are reviewed on a rolling basis and confirmations go out by email in the run-up to the event. If you have not heard from us close to the date, write to us and we will check your registration.

Can I register on behalf of a colleague?

Please ask each person to register separately. Confirmations are issued to individuals, and a seat cannot be transferred to someone the team has not reviewed.
